  • Ensure all documented procedures and effective and up to date.
  • Identify and fix gap in the operating procedures.
  • Interact and work along with different stakeholders to develop and manage their SOPs.
  • Incorporate changes and roll out SOPs as per timelines.
  • Ensure process available are current on line.
  • Look for improvements by challenging the processes, customer service and delivery systems to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and cost effectiveness.
  • Provide direction to the team in development of processes and workflows keeping in mind the major guidelines and country regulatory requirements in various regions where Mashreq bank branches are located.
  • Proactively interact with all other area of lean (development teams, E2E boards, OPS excellence) regarding pending changes to SOPs and awareness of current related SOPs
