- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in export sales within the FMCG sector, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.- Export Process Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the entire export process, including documentation, customs regulations, and compliance.- Logistics and Incoterms: Strong knowledge of logistics and Incoterms to effectively manage/supervise shipping and delivery processes.- Market Analysis: Ability to conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.- Negotiation Skills: Exceptional negotiation and communication skills to effectively interact with international clients and stakeholders.- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market dynamics.- Leadership Potential: Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the potential to grow into a managerial role.- Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards in the FMCG industry is a must.
