Role Objectives

As a Supply Chain Operation Excellence Specialist at Breakfast Coffee, you will be a key player in driving operational efficiency, process improvement, and excellence within our supply chain. Your primary focus will be on optimizing processes, reducing costs, and enhancing the performance of our supply chain operations to support our business objectives effectively.


What you'll do

  • Work closely with the supply chain team to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
  • Assist in developing and implementing strategies to streamline supply chain operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and standard operating procedures.
  • Analyze key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of supply chain operations and propose areas for improvement.
  • Support projects aimed at optimizing inventory management, transportation logistics, and distribution processes.
  • Assist in assessing supply chain performance regularly and provide recommendations for enhancement.
  • Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving supplier relationships, quality, and sustainability practices.


What you'll need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in supply chain management, operations excellence, or a related role in the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and process optimization.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and drive process improvements within an organization.
  • Familiarity with supply chain best practices, lean principles, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills.
  • Certifications in supply chain management or process improvement are a plus.
