Are you a detail-oriented, organized individual with a passion for administration? We're expanding our team and looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our HR and Operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
o Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, phone calls, letters, packages, etc.).
o Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
o Maintain an organized filing system, both digital and physical, for documents, records, and reports.
o Order and manage office supplies, ensuring the office operates efficiently.
o Assist the HR department with recruitment tasks, including posting job listings, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
o Maintain and update employee records and ensure HR documentation is current and compliant.
o Help coordinate employee training, workshops, and other HR initiatives.
o Provide administrative assistance to the operations team, such as preparing reports, data entry, and handling daily task coordination.
o Monitor project timelines and assist in following up with team members to meet deadlines.
o Ensure smooth communication and coordination between departments.
o Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors as needed.
o Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
o Collaborate with other administrative staff to improve office efficiency and workflow.
Key Requirements:
• 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or similar role.
• Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional and positive attitude , with a customer service-oriented approach.
