  • Ensure the office is organized and maintains a professional appearance.
  • Support office events, meetings, and activities.
  • Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, meetings, etc.
  • Attend meeting, take minutes, and follow up on action items as needed.
  • Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Handle documents
  • Monitor office supplies
  • Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
  • Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.Attention to details.Adaptability and problem-solving skills
