Overview:
The Executive Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support, ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of the office. This role requires a highly organized, proactive, and confidential individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management:

- Manage CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate scheduling.
- Travel Arrangements:
- Book travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Prepare and submit travel expense reports.
- Manage the transportation, accommodations, visa issuing, and other travel services.
- Follow and update promotional travel packages.
- Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints, or refunds.
- Administrative Support:
- Handle general office administration tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning.
- Prepare and distribute meeting materials, agendas, and minutes.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.
- Communication:

- Screen and respond to phone calls and emails on behalf of CEO.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with event planning or meeting coordination.

Qualifications:Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
