Compliance Management:
- Ensure adherence to all local labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor law changes and implement necessary updates to company policies and procedures.
Employee Database Management:
- Regularly update and maintain the employee database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of all employee records.
- Oversee the CV tracking system, ensuring it is current and reflects accurate candidate information.
Attendance Tracking:
- Record and monitor employee attendance, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Generate reports on attendance patterns and provide insights to management as needed.
Contract Management:
- Follow up on the renewal of employee contracts, ensuring timely processing and adherence to company policies.
- Maintain records of contract status and follow up renewals dates to give feedback about this to the HR Manager.
Social Insurance Issues:
- Manage social insurance matters, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and timely submissions.
- Provide support to employees regarding their social insurance inquiries and issues.
Employee Engagement:
- Plan and organize employee entertainment activities, celebrations, and recognition events to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Coordinate the distribution of gifts and rewards for special occasions and employee milestones.
- Prepare and present reports on compliance, attendance, and employee engagement activities to HR management.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or any HR related study.Previous experience in personnel, with a focus on compliance preferred.Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.Knowledge of social insurance regulations and processes.Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite specially excel.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
