Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager (Specialty Coffee) at Brown Nose Coffee Roasters in Giza. The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the coffee roastery, manage supply chain logistics, ensure quality control in the roasting process, and coordinate with partners on coffee bar setup and barista training.

Qualifications

( Must have experience in the coffee industry, preferably in specialty coffee )

• Supply Chain Management and Logistics expertise
• Experience in coffee roasting operations
• Knowledge of quality control processes in coffee production
• Training and development skills for barista education
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in the specialty coffee industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
