Job Title: Sales Supervisor / Manager
Location: 5th settlement
Reports To: Managing Director
Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the medical and corporate sectors.
2. Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's knowledge and skills.
3. Client Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, and corporate clients to promote CareHub's services.
4. Market Research & Analysis: Identify new market opportunities, analyze trends, and develop strategic plans to capitalize on potential sales growth.
5. Sales Operations: Oversee sales operations, including lead generation, prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales metrics and forecasts.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, customer service, and operations, to ensure a seamless client experience.
- 6. Brand Representation: CareHub will be represented at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build brand awareness and generate new business.
Qualifications:
Experience:
1. Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, with a background in both medical and corporate sales.
2. Experience in the home healthcare sector is an added advantage.
Education:
Medical background is a must( pharmacist ، dentist, physician, ... ).
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
