Minimum of 1 - 3 years in HR field. Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines including, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management and employment laws. Relevant industry experiences a plus. Excellent consulting skills. Excellent client management skills. Strong conflict management skills. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Be flexible and available to interact with employees at all levels. Be self-directed and motivated.
