Job Summary:
Lead the technical office team for Mechanical works, overseeing design, shop drawings, and quantity surveying (QS). Ensure project documentation, coordination, and compliance with standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Mechanical designs, shop drawings, and QS processes.
- Review and approve Mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with codes and regulations.
- Coordinate with other departments (civil, mechanical, etc.) for integrated project delivery.
- Provide technical support and solve on-site issues.
- Manage and mentor the Mechanical team.
