Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.+ 10 years of experience in a quality management role within the steel or manufacturing industry.In-depth knowledge of quality management systems, standards, and best practices.Strong understanding of steel production processes and materials.Experience with product testing and inspection methods.Proven ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and certification of quality control is a strong advantage (ISO 9000 etc.)Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach.Outstanding communication skills.Excellent organizational and leadership skills.In-depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards.Excellent math abilities and working knowledge of data analysis/statistical methods.
