- Implement and manage Active Directory infrastructure, including DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy, ensuring secure and efficient user access and management.
- Design, deploy, and maintain VMware private cloud environments using VMware Aria (formerly vRealize) suite, including Operations, Automation, and Orchestrator for infrastructure management.
- Configure and manage Nutanix private cloud environments, including AHV and Prism Central, with a focus on high availability and disaster recovery.
- Administer and support Microsoft Azure AD and other related Microsoft cloud services.
- Design, deploy, and manage Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) solutions (e.g., VMware Horizon, Citrix, Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop) to ensure optimal virtual desktop delivery for end-users.
- Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot server, network, VDI, and cloud infrastructure performance, ensuring minimal downtime and seamless operations.
- Provide proactive analysis and resolution of system, VDI, and cloud infrastructure performance issues.
- Collaborate with internal and client teams to integrate VDI and cloud solutions with existing IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth interoperability.
- Generate and maintain technical documentation and performance reports for clients and internal use.
- Adhere to IT Change Management processes, ensuring all changes related to system, VDI, cloud, and network infrastructure are tracked, managed, and documented.
- Ensure the security of VDI, cloud, and directory services, implementing best practices for access management and system protection.
