Sales Representative

This is a full-time role for a Property Consultant at Kronberg development. The Property Consultant will be responsible for consulting clients on real estate transactions, maintaining excellent communication with clients, driving sales through exceptional customer service, and utilizing expertise in the real estate market.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clients with comprehensive information about the project.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals.
  • Maintain and update client databases.
  • Stay updated on market trends.
  • Attend networking events and industry conferences to generate leads.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Assist clients in property valuation and negotiation to assure the best deals.
  • Manage all aspects of the buying process from making presentation to contract signing.

1 year of experience in real estate sales.Bachelor's degree in real estate, Business, or related fieldMust be a resident in Hurghada.Consulting and Real Estate skills.Customer Service skillsSales skillsStrong communication and negotiation skills.Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilitiesStrong knowledge of the local real estate market.Ability to build and maintain client relationships.Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.Self-motivated and target driven.Excellent command of English written and spoken.
