- Handle customers' inquiries and solve complaints.
- Manage airline reservations.
- search all availabilities and prices on System, to get the best price for the client.
- use low coast portal to get the best price.
- Reservations & bookings by using Galileo or Amadeus Airline Systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
At least 2 years of previous experience at Galileo or Amadeus is a Must.Bachelor's degree.Experience in the Gulf or Saudi Market.Excellent Communication Skills.Very Good in English.Accuracy and punctuality.
