Duties and responsibilities:

1. Implement and maintain all quality system requirements, including APQP, PPAP, customer concerns, and customer visits.
2. Ensure adherence to IATF 16949 standards and customer-specific requirements.
3. Utilize statistical methods and tools to conduct process capability studies, gauge process stability, and implement effective Statistical Process Control (SPC) measures.
4. Participate in root cause analysis on failures and actively engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
5. Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data related to quality and process improvement functions.
6. Work closely with QA labs on incoming inspections, First Article Inspections (FAIs), and handling of nonconforming materials.
7. Manages calibration & testing requirements internally & externally
8. Constructs and revises sampling plan and sample sizes for products inspection and incoming material.
9. Prepare and present relevant quality charts to display the processes behavior and performance for production of conforming parts.
10. Receive audits from customers or 3rd party audits and working on the findings and resolving them.
11. Prepares and leads the “Fast response meetings” and document and follow up on relative action plans.
12. Extract within the products development team the CTQs and the critical specifications and dimensions from technical drawings and relative standards.
13. Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory and certification standards.
14. Manages the internal laboratory for weld cross section analysis and measurements.
