• Commitment to 5S standards and occupational health and safety in the workplace and ensuring that employees adhere to them and working to resolve internal audit observations.
• Follow up on the progress of daily maintenance operations (preventive-corrective) and arrange and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Planning and supervising the implementation of installation operations and new projects.
• Conducting a monthly analysis of machine malfunctions, identifying sources of problems, finding radical solutions for them and discussing them with the head of the department.
• Implementing the preventive maintenance plan by following up with technicians and the supervisor of the mechanical department and ensuring the quality of implementation.
• Developing a production maintenance plan (TPM) with the production engineer and following up on its implementation.
• Working to maintain the required performance standards for the department KPI’S.
• Implementing the predictive maintenance plan and contributing to its development.
• Follow up on spare parts consumption rates and conduct a monthly analysis of them and develop a plan to rationalize consumption and control costs.
• Making purchase orders for spare parts in the mechanical department and maintaining the stock balance according to the permissible limit.
• Update the spare parts list for each machine (Machine Spare Part List)
• Check the spare parts that have been received and match them with the purchase order to ensure the required specifications and record them in SAP.
• Provide solutions that help develop and facilitate production processes/workflow.
• Contribute to reducing operating expenses by providing suggestions that help save and reduce operating costs (materials, labor, energy).
• Implement the production line maintenance plan during shutdown. (Shut Down maintenance)
• Follow up with contractors (external companies) in implementing the mechanical works assigned to them and technical receipt of the works.
• Participate in evaluating the condition of the equipment.
• Perform other administrative tasks related to the work team (annual vacations, monthly incentives..)
• Conduct an evaluation and training for the work team to develop a training plan based on the evaluation.
