- Supervising inventory items movement to ensure the accuracy of its usage & correct recording on systems, coordinating with relevant departments (warehouses/procurement/production/sales/finance).
- Ensuring stock operations are strictly complied with internal control procedures, reporting variances.
- Monitoring production orders quantities & its accuracy on system.
- Monitoring industrial scraps in all manufacturing sections, maintaining its recording & reporting.
- Analyzing supply chain data to ensure the uninterrupted availability of stock.
- Tracking shipments and coordinating internal stock transfers, as well as resolving delays.
- Overseeing stock storage processes, including tagging, boxing, and labeling, & reporting slow moving items.
- Maintaining a steady flow of stock from storage to where it is needed.
- Performing regular inventory audits & physical counts according to approved plans.
- Maintaining and updating daily shipment records.
A minimum of 5 years' experience as a stock controller preferable manufacturing/Industrial. companies, preferably engineering industries.Experience with Microsoft ERP and Microsoft Office applications.Proficiency in inventory management software, Coding skills and linking items together.Good command of the English language.
