IT Help Desk

  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, HW/SW, networks, printers, and scanners. 
  • Manage Engine operations and ticket handling. 
  • Resolves Manage Engine tickets and updates to users. 
  • Respond promptly to service issues and requests. 
  • Providing technical support across the company in person, over the phone, or remotely. 
  • Setting up accounts for new users. 
  • Testing new technology and policies with users. 

Minimum one year of experience in IT support. Experience with a variety of operating systems and software applications. Good communication and documentation skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
