- Respond to requirements and complaints from customers and give after-sales support
- Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
- Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
- Prepare the order plan with the planning team to give delivery dates to customers
- Follow up with all the relevant departments to ensure on time order delivery
- Coordinate with sample room to send requested samples to customers
- Follow up with all customer requirements in a timely manner
- Work with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare the shipping documents and coordinate with the logistics team to find best shipping solutions
- Work with the costing department to provide customer price offers
