- Monitoring all staffing changes including new hires, transfers, leavers, and other amendments to salaries and employee data in compliance with policy and payroll requirements.
- Collecting timesheet data and payroll information.
- Create and manage leaves, missions, and excuses for employees on a daily basis in the system, reviewing attendance and leaves at the end of each month.
- Inform employees about additional benefits they’re eligible for (e.g extra vacation days)
- Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status
- Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization
- Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner
- Contact & follow-up with new applicants for scheduling the interview with them
Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR GeneralistHands-on experience with time attendance machines, and generating attendance reports.Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll processExcellent verbal and written communication skillsGood problem-solving abilitiesTeam management skillsBSc/MSc in Human Resources or relevant field
