Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented and innovative UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user interfaces and experiences. The role requires close collaboration with developers, product managers, and other designers to create cohesive and user-friendly digital products. Proficiency in both Arabic and English is essential to design for a diverse audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• User Research & Personas:
  • Conduct user research to understand the target audience, their needs, and behaviors.
  • Develop detailed user personas to guide the design process.
• Wireframing & Prototyping:
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Design both low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes that represent user journeys.
• UI Design:
  • Design intuitive, visually appealing, and responsive user interfaces for websites, apps, and other digital platforms.
  • Ensure that all designs follow modern design principles (e.g., hierarchy, color theory, balance).
• UX Design & User Experience Optimization:
  • Develop user-centric experiences by understanding user pain points and translating them into clear, easy-to-use digital interfaces.
  • Conduct usability testing to gather feedback, refine designs, and enhance user experience.
• Collaboration & Development:
  • Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and seamless implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product management, marketing) to align design with business goals and brand guidelines.
• Design Systems & Branding:
  • Develop and maintain UI/UX design systems that ensure consistency across products.
  • Work on branding elements and ensure brand consistency in UI design across digital platforms.
• Responsive & Mobile Design:
  • Ensure that designs are optimized for mobile-first experiences and are responsive across different devices (web, mobile, tablet).
