- Reports to the Sales Manager.
- Preparing quotations and technical specifications for projects according to the project data received from the client.
- Being familiar with reading and studying project specifications, bills of quantities and design drawings to provide matching products.
- Process quotations and sales orders from individual customers contacting us by telephone, email or though sales platforms i.e. Website and social media platforms.
- Using solid technical advice, provide an informed sales pitch to existing and prospective customers.
- Following up quotations with potential clients until contracting, including discussing technical specifications, negotiating prices, reviewing contractual terms and attending meetings if required.
- Making an inventory of the quantities required for the contracted project and coordinating with the purchasing and warehouse department to provide the necessary needs.
- Creating work orders for manufacturing based on contractual data with submission of supply and installation terms and data.
- Following up with manufacturing engineers to deliver doors on time.
- Following up and coordinating financial payments with the client according to contractual terms.
- Internal coordination with the accounting department to issue tax invoices to the client according to the work carried out.
- Reviewing supply and installation reports for the work carried out with installation technicians and following up on notes after installation and deferred installations.
- Preparing work completion certificates and warranty certificates.
- Preparing weekly tables and reports on the following:
- Quotation status.
- New customer data.
- Ongoing projects status and installation progress.
- Executed projects data
- Provides after-sales service through expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Contributes to factory team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Excellent user of Microsoft office, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office programs.More than 2 years of experience in sales & customer service experience in a similar field.Bachelor’s degree in engineering.Prior experience as a Sales Representative.Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in salesClear and confident phone manner, Strong customer-facing skills.Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize, ability to self-manage, and work under pressure.Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needsStrong problem-solving skills, ability to retain information, eye for detail.
