We are currently recruiting a motivated Sales Representative to join our team in one of our showrooms. As a Sales representstive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, help them navigate our offerings providing exepert guidance to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and direct customers
- Assist customers with quetsions regarding products and consult them
- Provide accurate onformation regarding product features, pricing and after-sales service
- Conduct Price and feature comparison to facilitate purchasing
- Inform customers about offers, new products, restocked products, etc…
- Build ongoing relationships with customers
- Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Identify trends and report on sales performance
Proven work experience in the Heavy Truck aftermarket industryUnderstanding of retail sales processMicrosoft Office skills and crm softwareGood Knowlege of Heavy Truck and Semi-trailer vehicles and their spare partsAbility to negotiate and close dealsExcellent communication skillsExcellent personal skills
