Sales Target Achievement: Proactively achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by engaging with prospective clients, showcasing our products, and closing deals.
Client Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential clients in various industries, building a pipeline of opportunities within the Cairo region and beyond.
Client Visits & Presentations: Conduct face-to-face meetings with existing and potential clients to present our range of IT products, explain product benefits, and provide tailored solutions.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in client companies.
Product Knowledge & Consultation: Stay up-to-date on product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities, and provide technical advice and solutions based on customer requirements.
Negotiations & Agreements: Prepare and negotiate sales contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company policies and standards.
Collaboration: Coordinate with internal departments such as Product Management, Technical Support, and Logistics to ensure seamless delivery and post-sales support to clients.
Customer Feedback & Follow-up: Actively follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and promptly address any issues or concerns they may have.
Experience in IT Sales: Minimum of 2 years of experience in selling IT products, including computers, printers, and related accessories.Sales Acumen: Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets, with a strong understanding of sales processes, client prospecting, and deal closing.Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of leading IT brands like HP, Lenovo, Canon, and Microsoft is essential.Customer Relationship Management: Skilled in building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English, with the ability to present and negotiate effectively.Self-Motivation: Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while managing multiple accounts and responsibilities.Field Work Experience: Previous experience in outdoor sales, including visiting clients, conducting product demonstrations, and negotiating sales agreements.Technical Awareness: Basic technical knowledge of computers, printers, and networking products to understand and respond to client inquiries.Market Understanding: Familiarity with the Egyptian IT market and knowledge of competitors' products and services.Flexibility: Willingness to travel to meet with clients and attend industry events as required.Professionalism: Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions.
