- Coordinate and manage the import and export of goods to and from domestic and international locations.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations, tariffs, and trade agreements.
- Prepare and process all import and export documentation, including customs clearance and shipping manifests.
- Collaborate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Track shipments and communicate status updates to internal stakeholders and customers.
- Resolve any issues or delays in the import/export process.
- Optimize supply chain processes to minimize costs and improve efficiency.
- Stay updated on import/export regulations and trade compliance requirements.
- Prepare all clearance documentation in collaboration with suppliers and the finance team.
- Proficient in SAP MM is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in import/export logistics operations.Proven experience in import/export logistics operations.In-depth knowledge of customs regulations, trade compliance, and international shipping procedures.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in import/export documentation and logistics software.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.Certification in import/export or logistics is a plus.Proficiency in SAP MM is required.
