Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).3 to 5 years of Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, and procurement/purchasing, preferably in the food or manufacturing industry.Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., ERP systems) and Microsoft Office.Strong ability to analyze inventory data, forecast demand, and track procurement KPIs.Experience negotiating with suppliers to obtain favorable terms and pricing.Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and supplier relationships.Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate inventory records, procurement documentation, and compliance with safety standards.Ability to address warehouse and supplier issues efficiently and propose solutions.Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with suppliers, logistics team, and internal departments.Familiarity with industry regulations, including health and safety standards.
