- Manage and coordinate various aspects of the design process.
- Work with architects and other designers to ensure that designs meet client requirements and are completed on time and within budget.
- Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and other documentation.
- Coordinate and lead design meetings with clients, architects, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the project is progressing smoothly.
- Review and approve design deliverables to ensure that they meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Manage the distribution and tracking of design documents and drawings.
- Ensure that design standards and procedures are followed by all team members.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as project management and construction, to ensure that designs are integrated into the overall project plan.
- Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the design process.
Bachelor's degree in ArchitectureMinimum 2-3 years of experience in an administrative capacity preferably with an architecture, design or construction firmExcellent command of the English languageGood interpersonal skills required to interact effectively with project managers and subconsultants.Proficiency and experience using current design software, including Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and other modeling software programs such as Rhino and 3D Studio Max.Proficiency in Revit, Good knowledge of SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite preferred.Ability to manage and organize multiple projects with competing priorities and different time scalesHighly organized with a strong attention to detail.High level of professionalism and strong sense of urgency.
