Job Purpose:

• Supervising, directing and leading the work team of drivers and organizing their work by distributing them to cars, organizing vacations and breaks, supervising the process of delivering and receiving cars, following up on violations, training and raising the efficiency of drivers with the aim of optimal utilization of the fleet of cars.
• Creating a daily schedule for distributing drivers to cars with the aim of regulating movement and optimal utilization of the fleet and drivers.
• Creating a schedule for organizing vacations and breaks among drivers to ensure justice and equality among drivers and ensuring the continued operation of the fleet and not stopping movement
• Supervising the process of delivering and receiving cars from drivers and identifying damages and violations and determining the responsibility of drivers to preserve the company's funds.
• Coordinating with distribution officials to provide cars and ensure delivery of shipments on time.
• Working on the discipline of the work team in terms of adherence to deadlines and uniforms and monitoring delays to organize work and conduct periodic evaluation of approved evaluation forms and submitting them to the Fleet Operations Manager.
• Supervising adherence to quality standards and following occupational safety and health procedures to reduce the accident rate and achieve customer satisfaction.
