Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager in all aspects of project management and client relations.
- Prepare meeting minutes, logs, and schedules; follow up with team members on action items.
- Coordinate communication between departments to ensure project alignment.
- Prepare presentations and dashboards for board meetings.
- Monitor project deliverables and develop delivery plans.
- Create status reports to track project progress.
- Support any other management-related tasks as needed.
Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, preferably in Architecture or Construction Management.2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.Presentable and professional demeanor.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Healthcare experience is an advantage.
