Job Overview: 

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced End-to-End Solution Architect to oversee and manage the complete technical design and architecture of the Bareedi digital registered mail platform. This individual will act as the technical focal point for all design and integration challenges, ensuring that every component of the platform interacts seamlessly, adheres to security protocols, and meets the operational needs of our stakeholders. The architect will also collaborate closely with development teams, external vendors, and internal departments to ensure the system operates efficiently, securely, and in compliance with ETSI and eIDAS regulations.

Primary Responsibilities: 

• Design and oversee the end-to-end architecture of the Bareedi platform, ensuring all system components (back-end, user agents, PKI, identity providers, and mailbox services) are integrated effectively.
• Serve as the technical focal point for all architecture-related challenges, resolving design and integration issues across the platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, security, operations) to ensure that solutions align with business requirements, adhere to compliance standards (ETSI EN 319 522, EN 319 521), and are scalable for future growth.
• Lead discussions on architectural best practices, security protocols, and technological choices with stakeholders.
• Oversee the deployment of infrastructure and system components locally within Egypt, ensuring compliance with Egyptian legislation while adhering to international standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring that architectural decisions are followed during implementation.
• Ensure the platform's security is continuously reinforced through encryption protocols, secure authentication, and routine audits.
• Act as the point of contact for external vendors to resolve technical design questions and to integrate external tools/services into the Bareedi platform effectively.
• Regularly review system performance, identifying areas for improvement in reliability, efficiency, and security.
• Stay up to date on the latest industry trends, standards, and emerging technologies to recommend relevant upgrades and optimizations.

Job Requirements: BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MSc or relevant certification is a plus).5+ years of experience in solution architecture, with at least 3 years in designing end-to-end systems for secure or regulated environments.Strong experience in system architecture design for multi-layered platforms, including PKI, encryption technologies, identity management, secure communication protocols, and data storage solutions.Knowledge of ETSI standards (e.g., EN 319 522, EN 319 521) and eIDAS regulations is preferred.Experience with cloud technologies, modern backend technologies, and secure API integration.Proficiency in leading design discussions, creating technical documentation, and working with development and security teams.Experience with security design patterns, authentication mechanisms, and continuous monitoring processes.Familiarity with modern technologies such as React, Node.js, PKI infrastructure, and RESTful services.Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multiple departments and external vendors.Fluent in EnglishSoft Skills: Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage and prioritize multiple complex tasks.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Adaptability and a willingness to contribute across multiple areas in a fast-paced environment.Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to tackling quality assurance challenges. Strong sense of ownership and problem-solving skills.Collaborative, with a readiness to engage in cross-functional work.Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality software performance.
