Job Announcement: HR Specialist (Fluent German)

Alfa Software, a leading software company, is looking to hire a HR Specialist with exceptional German language skills at level C1 or above.
We are looking for someone with a strong background in HR management and the ability to communicate effectively in German to support our team in various HR tasks.

Key Requirements:

- Fluent in German at level C1 or above (spoken and written)
- At least 2 years of practical experience in HR.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in an international environment.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility.
