- Oversee the creation, editing, organization, classification, and archival of documents and digital content, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and security.
- Monitor and enforce document retention and disposal policies in accordance with legal, regulatory, and organizational requirements.
- Lead the team with providing guidance, support, and training as needed to optimize performance and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess document management needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans for critical documents and content, ensuring data integrity and availability.
