- Progress Tracking: Monitor progress rates and compare them to the monthly schedule.
- Reporting: Prepare monthly reports detailing required works, progress percentages, and comparisons to the approved schedule.
- Claims: Prepare claims related to the project within the contractual timeframe, addressing any impacts on project cost or duration.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that items are supplied according to the contract's technical specifications and follow up through quality reports.
- Performance Deviation Reports: Prepare monthly reports on performance deviations submitted by the execution supervisor, comparing them to the schedule and inventory.
- Purchase Requests: Monitor daily all purchase requests submitted to the management from the site.
