Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve corporate objectives, focusing on market expansion and revenue growth in the food and pharmaceutical supplement sectors.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, providing insights for product development and marketing strategies.
Sales Management: Oversee the sales team, establishing targets, monitoring performance, and ensuring alignment with overall business goals. Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Collaboration: Work closely with production, quality assurance, and R&D teams to ensure product innovation meets market demands and regulatory standards.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare and manage the commercial budget, analyze financial performance, and provide forecasts to support business planning and resource allocation.
Compliance: Ensure all commercial activities comply with relevant regulations and industry standards in food and pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the commercial team, promoting a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field. A master’s degree or MBA is a plus.Previous experience as a Production Manager in pharmaceutical innovation or related industries.Proven track record in commercial management, sales, and marketing within the food and pharmaceutical supplement sectors.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-oriented approach.Knowledge of industry regulations, quality standards, and best practices in food and pharmaceutical manufacturing.
