- Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and prioritizing problems, and assessing the impact of issues
- Installing required software patches, ensuring the connectivity of PCs and laptops to both the local area network (LAN) and (WAN),
- Set up cost monitoring and reporting systems and procedures
- Design, deploy and manage LANs, WANs, VPN networks, including routers, switches, servers, storage, firewalls, IPPBX, IP Phones, Gateways, CME, QNAP, CCTV, and other hardware.
- Provide for the implementation, configuration, deployment, and support of systems, including, but not limited to client computing devices and servers
- Provide training to new employees and other training sessions as required
- Install new/rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, Time attendance, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements
- Manage and configure the firewall (Sophos)/ Virtualization technology
- Organization and inventory of all hardware and software resources.
- Administration of backup systems on a daily basis
- Manage the system license and taking needed actions
- Respond to escalated tickets of the system team
- Delivering technical training sessions for the team to ensure continuous improvement
- Creating the needed reports, documents, and manuals as needed
- Verify that all offers and quotations are valid to cover all projects’ requirements.
