Your Role

As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple clients under one account, ensuring each client’s unique needs are met while growing their business with Horeca Smart. You will focus on retention, increasing purchase volumes, and expanding your client portfolio. Your responsibilities include:

  • Handle multiple clients within one account, building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify opportunities to increase client purchases by understanding their business needs and offering tailored product solutions.
  • Proactively manage client retention by addressing issues, offering value-added services, and ensuring consistent engagement.
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow your client portfolio by acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships.
  • Regularly analyze client data and provide insights that will drive decision-making and optimize client experience.
  • Work closely with the internal sales, supply chain, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations and high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions to ensure mutually beneficial agreements for both Horeca Smart and the client.

What We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for a highly professional, skilled Sales Account Manager who can take full ownership of their client accounts and drive growth.
