- Prepare and manage all required export documentation (e.g., invoices, bills of lading, certificates of origin, export licenses).
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements.
- Work with freight forwarders, customs agents, and other third-party logistics providers to ensure timely and efficient shipments.
- Coordinate and monitor the shipping process, ensuring goods are shipped on time and as per client specifications.
- Track shipments, provide updates to relevant departments, and resolve any issues related to delays or discrepancies.
- Liaise with suppliers, customers, and transport companies for the smooth execution of shipments.
- Ensure all exports comply with local and international trade laws, including customs regulations and export control policies.
- Maintain accurate records of export activities and ensure compliance with audit and internal control requirements.
- Communicate with customers and vendors regarding shipment schedules, delays, and export-related inquiries.
- Provide support to the sales and customer service teams on export-related issues.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to manage inventory levels for export orders.

- Generate regular reports on export activities, shipment status, and departmental KPIs.
