Senior Organizational Development Specialist

  • Participate in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Performing a variety of Organization Development tasks such as drafting Job Descriptions, Organization Charts, Market Salary research, and following up on the performance Evaluation process.
  • Designing and drafting Key Performance Indicators.
     
  • Responsible for analyzing performance appraisal results and submitting periodic and adequate reports.
  • Responsible for preparing training programs, tools, and materials to ensure the best outcome for each training class.
  • Evaluate the quality of training courses and suggest and implement improvements.
  • Design Employee Engagement programs

3 to 5 years of experience working in various OD activitiesExcellent communication skills.Excellent in Microsoft Office and Visio.HR Diploma is essential.English Language is a must.
