- Create detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other team members to understand design requirements and make necessary modifications.
- Ensure that all drawings adhere to industry standards and project specifications.
- Assist in preparing documentation for permitting and construction purposes.
- Maintain accurate records of drawings, revisions, and project-related documents.
- Address and resolve design-related issues in a timely manner.
- Work closely with the project team to meet project deadlines and milestones.
- Stay updated on industry trends, CAD software advancements, and relevant regulations.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Draughtsman or in a similar role.Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Knowledge of construction processes and materials.Understanding of relevant industry standards and codes.Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
