About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced 3PL Senior Sales professional to join our dynamic team.

As a Senior Sales representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

* Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify, qualify, and develop a pipeline of potential clients through various prospecting techniques.
* Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
* Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
* Negotiation and Closing: Effectively negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue targets.
* Sales Reporting: Provide accurate and timely sales reports, tracking key metrics and analyzing performance.
* Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams
(e.g., marketing, customer success) to ensure a seamless customer


Qualifications:
* Proven track record: Minimum 3 years of successful experience in sales, preferably in 3pl senior sales , logistics and storage .
* Strong communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build rapport and influence clients.
* Negotiation skills: Proven ability to negotiate effectively and close deals.
* Market knowledge: Deep understanding of the industry and target market.
* Relationship building: Strong interpersonal skills to develop lasting client relationships.
* Results-oriented: Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations.
