Sr - Tender Engineer

The Tender Engineer is responsible for managing and coordinating the tendering process, from initial inquiry to final submission. This includes preparing detailed technical and commercial proposals in response to client requests, ensuring compliance with all requirements, and contributing to the overall strategy for securing new contracts. The role requires a deep understanding of the industry, technical specifications, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.


Key Responsibilities:

Tender Preparation:


Review and analyze client inquiries, requests for proposals (RFPs-RFQs), and other tender documents.

Coordinate with various internal departments to gather the necessary information for bid preparation.

Prepare detailed cost estimates and pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness while maintaining profitability.

Draft technical and commercial proposals, ensuring accuracy and completeness.


Client Interaction:


Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the tendering process.

Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, ensuring the best possible outcome for the company.

Documentation & Submission:


Compile all necessary documentation for tender submissions, including technical specifications, pricing schedules, and legal requirements.

Ensure that all tenders are submitted on time and in accordance with client specifications.

Maintain accurate records of all tender-related activities and correspondence.

Post-Tender Activities:


Follow up with clients after tender submission to address any questions or concerns.

Participate in post-tender negotiations, if required, to secure contracts.
