Job Title: Sales Manager (HVAC Industry)
Location: Cairo, Egypt
Salary: EGP 45,000 - 50,000 per month - Gross
Position Overview:
Our client in Egypt is one of the largest MEP and HVAC distribution companies in the region, with presence across GCC.
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record in the HVAC industry. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of HVAC products and services, and a passion for driving sales growth. This role requires a dynamic individual who can effectively manage sales activities, build relationships with clients, and drive revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to maximize their potential and achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
- Maintain existing client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry developments and new technologies in the HVAC sector.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of success in the HVAC industry, with a strong understanding of HVAC products and services.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must have a valid driver's license and own a car.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with major clients in the commercial and industrial sectors.
- Knowledge of local regulations and standards related to HVAC systems.
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
