Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Product Owner to lead the development and enhancement of our Radiology Information System (RIS) and Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and users to define and prioritize product features that align with clinical and operational needs in medical imaging environments. You will play a critical role in ensuring our RIS and PACS solutions meet industry standards, improve workflow efficiency, and enhance the overall user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- - Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for RIS and PACS.
- - Collaborate with radiologists, IT staff, and other healthcare professionals to gather and refine requirements.
- - Prioritize features and manage the product backlog to ensure development teams focus on delivering high-value functionality.
- - Work closely with developers, UX designers, and quality assurance teams to oversee the software development lifecycle.
- - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as DICOM and HL7 standards.
- - Monitor product performance, user feedback, and market trends to guide continuous improvement.
- - Lead product demos, training sessions, and support the go-to-market strategy.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, preferably in healthcare IT or radiology systems.- Strong understanding of RIS, PACS, and medical imaging workflows.- Familiarity with DICOM, HL7, and other healthcare data exchange standards.- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.- Ability to work in an Agile environment and manage multiple priorities.
