Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager with a minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing financial operations, with a strong preference for candidates who have previous experience in the pharmacy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation and maintenance of financial statements, reports, and analysis.
• Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including daily journal entries and general ledger maintenance.
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
• Develop and monitor internal controls and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
• Manage tax filings, audits, and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Perform regular reviews and reconciliations of accounts.
• Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and cash flow analysis.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's degree or CPA certification is a plus).
• Minimum of 10 years of professional accounting experience, preferably with experience in the pharmacy or healthcare sector.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel).
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, financial reporting, and daily journal entries.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the pharmacy sector or healthcare industry.
• Knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
