Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the development and enhancement of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The ideal candidate will work with cross-functional teams to deliver a solution that optimizes business processes, improves resource management, and aligns with organizational goals. You will be responsible for defining the product vision, prioritizing features, and ensuring the ERP system meets the needs of various departments, including finance, human resources, procurement, and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- - Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the ERP system.
- - Gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders across departments (finance, HR, operations, etc.).
- - Maintain and manage the product backlog, ensuring the development team focuses on delivering high-priority features.
- - Collaborate with developers, designers, and QA teams to oversee the successful implementation of ERP modules.
- - Ensure the ERP system integrates smoothly with other business applications and third-party systems.
- - Monitor product performance, user feedback, and industry trends to guide continuous improvements.
- - Lead product demos, training sessions, and ensure smooth adoption and implementation of ERP updates.
- - Ensure the ERP complies with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in resource planning.
Proven experience as a Product Owner, ideally in ERP or enterprise software solutions.- Strong understanding of business processes and how ERP systems support them (e.g., finance, supply chain, human resources).- Familiarity with ERP platforms like SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.- Experience with Agile methodologies and managing cross-functional teams.
