- Identifying students in need, through classroom observations and cognitive, academic, and
achievement testing. - Design with the class teachers a specified learning plan for each identified student to
enhance their academic achievements. - Assist teachers of the identified students in preparing and adjusting resources and program
materials to enhance the student's learning outcomes - Supports and assists the teacher and the Educational Assistants with monitoring, assessing, and reporting student progress.
- Provide support either on a one-to-one basis or through group work.
- Provide weekly progress reports for each student to the academic supervisor and principal.
