Key Requirements:Proven team leadership and experience in managing accounting operations.Strong financial reporting skills and attention to detail.Experience in FMCG or F&B sectors.Odoo experience is preferred.Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statementsEstablish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principlesCoordinate and complete annual auditsProvide recommendationsImprove systems and procedures and initiate corrective actionsAssign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracyMeet financial accounting objectivesEstablish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
