Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive media buying strategies to achieve marketing goals and objectives.
Conduct in-depth market research to identify target audiences, trends, and competitor activities.
Create and manage digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, social media, and programmatic advertising.
Optimize campaign performance by analyzing data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions to increase ROI.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product, to align media buying strategies with overall business objectives.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in media buying and advertising.
Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing regular insights, recommendations, and actionable plans for improvement.
Identify opportunities for automation and AI integration to streamline media buying processes and enhance campaign effectiveness.
Utilize design thinking principles to develop creative and compelling ad copies, landing pages, and visual assets.
Conduct A/B testing and implement iterative improvements to optimize ad creative, targeting, and overall campaign performance.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising or any field.
+5 proven experience as a Senior Media Buyer, in the fintech industry OR e-commerce.
Expertise in using tracking tools and google analytics.
Nasr City residents or nearby areas are preferred.
Extensive hands-on experience with Google Ads, including campaign setup, audience targeting, and performance analysis.
Experience with the GCC region specially Saudi market.
Experience with all social media platforms including meta, TikTok, snapchat.
Experience with budget estimation.
Familiarity with design thinking principles and the ability to apply them to create compelling ad copies and visual assets.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes and achieving targets.
Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
