- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and design tailored API solutions that leverage Apigee's capabilities.
- Respond to technical inquiries from customers, providing accurate and timely information to support the sales process.
- Create and deliver technical proposals, proof-of-concept projects, and other materials that showcase the capabilities of Apigee.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in the API management space, ensuring that Cloud11 remains at the forefront of innovation.
- Contribute to the development of best practices, white papers, and other technical content that enhances the company's reputation as a leader in Apigee and API management.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience in a technical presales or solutions engineering role, with a focus on API management or cloud technologies.Strong understanding of API design principles (REST, gRPC, OpenAPI) and security best practices (OAuth 2.0, API keys).Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Apigee is strongly preferred.Proficiency in one or more programming languages commonly used for API development (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js).Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with customers.
